About the firm
K&Ş Law & Consultancy Office was founded in 2008 by Attorney Kahraman Şimşek in Kadıköy, Istanbul.
The firm provides legal representation and counsel to individuals and companies in real estate law, urban transformation, criminal law, commercial and corporate law, and employment law.
Every matter starts with a clear understanding of the client's needs and legal position. We explain the options, the process and the risks in plain language, and consider whether a dispute can be resolved through mediation or conciliation before litigation.
We follow legislative changes and case law closely. As meetings and correspondence can be conducted in English, we also work with foreign clients and on cross-border matters.
